| This is a excellent cake! I inherited the original recipe from sister n law and changed it just a little as I continued baking. It is absolutely amazing.Of course, I have been told it is absolutely WONDERFUL, not to brag or anything, lol. I love the fresh strawberries blended inside the cake and combined with the homemade icing. This cake is not guaranteed to last at your house, so make sure you have enough for 2nds. I added strawberry candies which is a great recipe as well. If you love strawberries this is a great choice just for you! Perfect for Spring! |
