Easter! Easter! How Sweet is Easter!

Yesterday, I had a cake tasting and it was wonderful. It was certainly a SWEET occasion. Considering, Easter is right around the corner we started off viewing the Easter Edible favorites. Once we all Awe and Oooh over this precious scenery I served a favorite for many during Easter...POUND cake.  However, it wasn't the normal pound cake.  After all what's a cake tasting if you taste the same old cakes you're used to eating ...it was RUM POUND CAKE...."Oh me, oh my" was all I heard as the participants licked their fingers from this awesome treat.  If only you were there you would know how finger licking sweet the cake was.
